Wednesday January 20, 2021 - Inauguration Day

As I watched the inauguration speech, this quote jumped out at me like a freight train:

“It’s time for boldness, for there’s so much to do. AND THIS IS CERTAIN; I PROMISE YOU; WE WILL BE JUDGED—YOU AND I—by how we resolve these cascading crises of our era…”

Immediately, I heard in my spirit and said out loud:

"By his own words he has spoken it. As he has said, so it shall be done."

And, I felt the gravity of it.  Don't think for a second that it was said gleefully.  I know fully that judgment is coming.  The Lord has made that clear to me and so many others.  I pray for repentance.  I would much rather hear glorious salvation testimonies and see lives transformed than to see them all "get what's coming to them."  But they have continued to mock God, and God is not mocked.  Sadly, the whole speech was a mockery of truth.
